  • Eligibility: Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies exclusively to Web Hosting services.
  • Condition: If you are dissatisfied with our Web Hosting services for any reason within the first 30 days of service, you are eligible for a full give back (money).
  • Requirement: To initiate a give back (money), you must request service termination in writing via email or through a support ticket. You must also provide a specific reason for your cancellation to help us understand your decision and improve our services.
  • Exclusions: The guarantee does not cover domain registration, renewals, transfers, SSL certificates, Promotional Offer Plans, or processing fees. These services are non-refundable.
  • Discretion: We reserve the right to determine the validity of your reason for cancellation and whether both parties have taken reasonable steps to address any issues leading to the cancellation request.
  • Refund Processing: After submitting a request for a refund, please note that it may take up to 7-10 days to process the give back (money).

Payment and Renewal Notices

All services must be paid in advance, and you will receive reminders for renewals via email from 30 to 1 day before the renewal date. Late renewal may result in additional fees.

Accounts Termination and Refunds

Prorated Refunds: If PrenHost fails to provide the agreed-upon services, a prorated refund will be granted for the unused portion of the service.

Violation of Policies: No refunds will be issued if your service is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our policies.

Cancellation Request: Upon request for account cancellation, your account will be immediately suspended from our system and deleted within ten days.

Excessive Use of Resources

We will not provide refunds if your account uses excessive resources, which leads to suspension or termination.

Overage Charges

If your account exceeds its resource limits, and overage fees are incurred, you will be billed accordingly. It is your responsibility to monitor and manage resource usage. Refunds will not be issued for any charges related to overages.

Upgrades

If you choose to upgrade your service, the prorated cost difference will be calculated based on your existing billing cycle. Refunds are not applicable for upgrades; however, the new service will be activated immediately upon successful payment.

Support and Resolution

Support Limitations: Our support team is available to assist with issues related to Web Hosting services. However, we do not provide support for third-party applications, custom scripts, or coding issues unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.

Resolution Commitment: We are committed to resolving any service-related issues promptly. Before processing a refund request, both parties must make reasonable efforts to resolve the concerns, including engaging with our technical support team.

Promotional Offers and Discounts

Non-Refundable Promotions: Promotional offers, special discounts, or trial plans are non-refundable. These services are provided as-is and are not covered by our money-back guarantee.

Upgraded Promotional Plans: If a promotional plan is upgraded, the new plan will be subject to standard billing policies, and refunds for the previous promotional plan will not be issued.

Amendments to Policies

We reserve the right to amend or update our policies, including the 30-day money-back guarantee, at any time. Changes will be communicated through our website or email notifications. Continued use of our services after policy updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
