Refund Conditions:

  • You can request a full refund within 30 days if you are dissatisfied with our web hosting services for any reason.

  • To initiate the refund process, please send a cancellation request via email or through a support ticket. Be sure to include a brief explanation of your reason for cancellation.

Refund Processing:

  • Refund requests may take 7-10 days to process after submission.

Exclusions:
Refunds are not available for the following services:

  • Cheap Shared Hosting

  • Dedicated Servers

  • Domain Names

  • All VPS Services

  • Managed VPS Services

  • Windows RDP

  • Managed Dedicated Servers

  • Licenses

Special Terms for BDIX VPS Hosting:

  • For BDIX VPS, a refund is only available if you request cancellation within 12 hours of service activation.


Conditions and Limitations

Refund Eligibility:

  • The 30-day money-back guarantee applies only to Web Hosting services.

  • Domain registrations, renewals, transfers, SSL certificates, VPS, dedicated servers, licenses, promotional offers, and processing fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Once a cancellation request is processed, your account will be suspended immediately and deleted within 10 days.

Excessive Resource Usage:

  • Refunds will not be issued for accounts suspended or terminated due to excessive resource usage.

Overage Charges:

  • If your account exceeds its resource limits, overage fees will be applied, and refunds will not be issued for any related charges.

Service Upgrades:

  • If you upgrade your service, the prorated difference will be calculated based on your existing billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for upgrades.

  • We do not provide support for third-party applications, custom scripts, or coding issues unless specified in a separate agreement.

Promotional Offers and Discounts

Non-Refundable Promotions:

Upgraded Promotional Plans:

  • If you upgrade from a promotional plan, the new plan will follow standard billing policies, and no refunds will be issued for the previous promotional plan.
