PrenHost owns all editorial content and graphics on this site. PrenHost provides web services to subscribers worldwide, and all customers must abide by the following Terms and Conditions of Service. The terms of service listed below are intended to give the most significant level of service possible. This PrenHost Terms Of Service agreement (from now on referred to as the “TOS”) establishes the terms and conditions under which PrenHost Services (from now on referred to as the “Services”) will be delivered to you following your registration. You attest to the fact that you are at least 18 years old. The TOS clearly outlines what is and is not permitted to be done with the Services. This TOS is not exhaustive, and PrenHost maintains the right to change it at any time, with notice published at Employees of PrenHost verbal or written agreement/statement, or anything on the Limda website, will only take precedence over the TOS. The Customer agrees to all the terms and conditions of the TOS, as changed occasionally, by registering for and using any PrenHost Services. The Customer is accountable for their Clients if they resell or represent the Services they are paying for. Only the Customer paying for the Services is recognized by PrenHost, not their clients. Violating the TOS or any other activity deemed inappropriate by PrenHost may result in the Customer’s Services being terminated or suspended.

Service Delivery Time

Our service is designed to deliver your access to the PrenHost dashboard instantly. You will receive an email with access to your dashboard in no time. The entire process is fully automated to ensure efficiency. However, in rare cases where automation encounters issues, the delivery may take up to 24 hours.

New Registrations

Once we receive your payment, we will set up your account after screening the order for fraud. You need to provide an email address that is not from the domain you are registering for. In case of any abuse issues or if we need to contact you, we will use the primary email address you have supplied. Please ensure that the email address on file is always up-to-date. If you have a domain name registered with PrenHost, you must keep the contact information for your domain account and domain name(s) valid and up-to-date. PrenHost is not responsible for lapsed registration caused by outdated contact information. If you need to modify or double-check this information, you can access your clients’ section and make the changes yourself. Please note that if you provide fraudulent contact information of any type, your account may be terminated. Within three days of establishing your account with PrenHost, you must provide us with a government-issued identification (Passport/National ID/Driving License, etc.) and proof of address (Utility Bill) for any service purchased from us. Your order may be flagged as fraudulent and only accepted if you meet these standards. Please remember that the new account setup may be delayed due to unanticipated challenges with numerous mail servers and connection problems between your ISP and the PrenHost operating office.

Free Domain Conditions

With our plan, you get a free domain for one year. After three months of active use, you can transfer your domain anywhere.


Our technical team is always available to assist you with transferring your website from another hosting provider to our platform. We strive to ensure a seamless data transfer from your previous host to our host. It’s important to note that hosting transfer is not one of our core services but rather a bonus service that we provide to our customers. For the first transfer, we offer to transfer a maximum of one account for shared hosting, 25 for reseller hosting, 50 for VPS, and 100 for a dedicated server for free. If you require more transfers, additional fees will apply.

Resource Usage

The user may not Use 70% or more of system resources for longer than 60 seconds. Numerous activities, including CGI scripts, FTP, PHP, HTTP, etc., could cause such problems.

  1. * Run any interactive real-time chat applications that require server resources. Remotely-hosted services are fully allowed.
  2. * Run stand-alone, unattended server-side processes on the server at any time. Includes any daemons, such as IRCD.
  3. * Run any software that interfaces with an IRC (Internet Relay Chat) network.
  4. * Run any bit torrent application, tracker, or client.
  5. * Participate in any file-sharing/peer-to-peer activities.
  6. * Run gaming servers such as counter-strike, half-life, battlefield1492, etc.
  7. * Run cron entries with intervals of less than 15 minutes.

You may create a backup of your account from your control panel; however, these may only be stored for up to 7 days. Please download archives to a local source and remove them from your account.


If you wish to cancel your services, you must write to sales or request a Cancellation from your clients’ area.

Price Changes

PrenHost reserves the right to modify the prices of its services at the start of a customer’s next billing cycle for that service. While we have no intention of increasing prices, unforeseen events outside our control, such as changes in regulations, taxes, fees, or other business costs, or rising prices of software licenses, power, or space, may compel us to do so. In such cases, we will take necessary measures to ensure that the prices remain competitive while continuing to provide the highest standard of services to our valued customers.


Please note the following information regarding payments for our services. All outstanding invoices can be paid online through bKash or PayPal, via bank transfer, or by walking into our operation office. Please note that there will be an additional payment gateway fee added to your invoice when you select online payment options through your Clients Area. Renewal notices will be emailed multiple times from 30 to 1 day before the renewal date. Our operation office accepts only bKash, PayPal, bank transfers, and walk-in payments. If your yearly charge is declined and we cannot contact you, late fees will apply to authorize your account. If you have any questions about payment, please direct them to the PrenHost support forum. If a shared/reseller/VPS/Dedicated, etc. account has an overdue invoice, we will take the necessary steps to resolve the issue.

  • 1 Day – No Action Taken
  • 3 Days – Accounts are suspended
  • 7 Days – Late Fee Added
  • 10 Days – Accounts will be terminated


PrenHost services are for legitimate purposes only. Do not store or present any content that violates local laws. By subscribing, you agree to indemnify PrenHost from any claims. We allow free expression, but any content promoting creed, vulgarity, or violence is unacceptable. We encourage subscribers to take responsibility for their material. Due to our large server volume, we need more resources to monitor content.

  • Pirated Software/Warez
  • Hacker sites/archives/programs
  • Such Scripts that run corn jobs less than 30 30-minute interval
  • E-mail Marketing Scripts
  • MLM/Investment website/apps
